Neurodivergence
Neurodivergence is a special interest of mine and I am very passionate about supporting fellow neurodivergent people to thrive. I am involved with Autism Champion work and I facilitate in-depth training to professionals.
I frequently work with late-identified autistic, ADHD and AuDHD people and whether you self-identify, have a formal diagnosis, are going through an assessment, or are in the earlier stages or questioning your potential neurodivergence – I am here for you. My approach is truly neurodiversity-affirming and influenced by my extensive neurodivergence-related training as well as my own lived experience.
Discovering you’re neurodivergent, especially later in life, can be a rollercoaster of a journey. Whilst it can bring a lot of clarity and often relief, it can also open the door to grieving the past, re-examining your life through this new understanding, and navigating the hard work of unmasking, recovering from burnout, and beginning to uncover who you are and what you truly need.
Please note I am not able to offer diagnostic assessments, but I can support you alongside this process and offer you a safe space to explore your experiences and figure out how to live life more in line with who you really are – if this is what you need!
